About Liz

I am passionate about Yoga, and making it accessible for everyone, regardless of age, shape, size, flexibility and health conditions.

In my own life, I have various physical and mental ill health conditions, but Yoga allows me a much better quality of life than I could normally expect, which enables me to understand what challenges my students may be experiencing.

I know what it feels like to struggle through some Yoga classes so my classes are inclusive with modifications where necessary.

I teach a chair-based Gentle Yoga class in Looe, which is suitable for anyone who would prefer not to lie down on the floor.

I also teach two classes in Pelynt which include floor-based practices. These classes involve working deeply rather than a very physical class that you may associate with 'Yoga'.

All my classes include asana (postures), breathing practices, and a deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra). I use a light-hearted approach with a respect for the Yoga tradition.

Classes are small, so there may be a waiting list. Due to the vulnerability of some of my students, I ensure that all common surfaces are sanitised.
